Orelmy Diaz is a Litigation Paralegal at Redmond Law, where she works with the Personal Injury Civil Litigation team in all facets of case management. Ms. Diaz is an exception paralegal who has an in-depth knowledge of litigation which comes from both obtaining her law degree from the University Abierta Para Adultos (UAPA), Dominican Republic and from years of providing litigation support. Ms. Diaz is an integral part of the Personal Injury Civil Litigation team from intake to trial, including drafting and responding to discovery, providing motion and trial support as well as post-trial, settlement and appeals to help ensure clients obtain the best possible outcome for their cases.
Ms. Diaz manages court appearances, depositions and the office calendar for the civil litigation practice. She also conducts client intake, interview of witnesses, preparation and analysis of case evidence including medical records and loss of income, among other supporting evidence. Ms. Diaz is in constant communication with clients and is always available to address any client questions.
Ms. Diaz is fluent in English and Spanish.
