Steven E. Spada
Lee Kaplan is an associate attorney who focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial construction disputes and prosecuting personal injury claims. In his commercial practice he represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors in commercial construction projects in the private, public and affordable housing sectors. He handles claims related to contract balance, change orders, delays, mechanic’s liens and bond claims.
On the civil litigation side, Mr. Kaplan has extensive experience representing individuals in civil litigation matters including complex personal injury matters. With his hard-work and as a dedicated advocate for his clients, he has achieved an abundance of successful settlements for his clients.
Before joining Redmond Law PLLC, Mr. Kaplan practiced with a highly-regarded litigation firm in Manhattan where his focus remained on successful outcomes for his clients. Mr. Kaplan earned his B.A. from Syracuse University and his J.D. from New York Law School. While in law school, Mr. Kaplan interned for the Honorable Arthur Shack and served as the Vice-President of the New York Law School Dispute Resolution Team.
He is admitted in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York City Bar Association.
