Ms. Vig’s practice concentrates on corporate transactions and construction litigation, where her responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, appeals, contracts and transactional documents, as well as managing filings across New York and federal court systems. She is actively involved in construction-related disputes and provides practical, detail-oriented support throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Her practice is informed by significant experience in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance gained through prior roles with global organizations. Ms. Vig has negotiated and drafted sophisticated commercial agreements, including master service agreements and amendments, and has worked extensively with complex contractual frameworks and risk allocation provisions. This background allows her to approach construction matters with a business-minded perspective, particularly in disputes involving contract interpretation, payment issues, and compliance obligations.
Ms. Vig earned an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she focused on business law and negotiations. She received her LL.B. with honors from Swansea University’s Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law and completed a year of transnational legal studies at the University of Geneva, where she served as an arbitration research assistant.
