Zachary Kiel’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Corporate, Construction and Intellectual Property Law.  Mr. Kiel represents property owners and developers, contractors, and other corporate entities to mitigate risk, resolve disputes, and achieve common-sense solutions.  Mr. Kiel works closely with his clients to help them run and grow their businesses by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and by advising them on matters of best practices.

Mr. Kiel has successfully worked with corporations of all sizes resolve business to business disputes in an efficient and cost effective way. Mr. Kiel expeditiously resolves client’s legal concerns while placing an emphasis on keeping his clients informed. He works to ensure his clients understand each step taken in reaching their goals.

Mr. Kiel graduated from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance, where he interned in the Buffalo office of his local State Senator. Mr. Kiel received his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he interned for the Rockland County District Attorneys’ Office. Mr. Kiel was also a member of the Environmental Advocacy Clinic where he handled contracts, intellectual property matters, and corporate formation for several non-profits.
