Kayla Holmes’ practice focuses on construction law, commercial litigation, and commercial transactions. Ms. Holmes works with business clients of all sizes to effectively resolve business disputes while promoting her client’s interests. In all matters, she advises clients on their legal rights and obligations with clarity and precision.

Ms. Holmes graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising with a minor in Business Management. Ms. Holmes earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she served as a Managing Articles Editor for Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender, & Society and interned with the Investment Protection Bureau of the Office of the New York Attorney General. She also was a student advocate in the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic where she represented small businesses and startups in business entity formation, intellectual property matters, and contract drafting.
