Harris Davidson’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Complex Civil Litigation, and Real Estate Law. Mr. Davidson works closely with property owner, developers, contractors, insurance companies, and other corporate entities to mitigate risk, resolve disputes, and achieve common-sense solutions. Mr. Davidson works closely with his clients to help them run and grow their businesses by drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and by advising them on matters of regulatory compliance and best practices. When litigation or arbitration is unavoidable, Mr. Davidson brings to bear his formidable skills as a trial attorney in order to put his clients in the best possible position to succeed.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davidson was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm where he worked on complex commercial cases and class actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States, including product liability, regulatory compliance, and insurance defense matters, on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, mid-size corporations, and small start-ups. Mr. Davidson also previously served as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he investigated and prosecuted felony crimes.
Mr. Davidson graduated cum laude from the George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, where he interned in the Washington, DC offices of his Senator and Congressman. Mr. Davidson received his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was interned for a U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Columbia and at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Public Integrity Section.
