Mr. Kopf’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate and construction disputes. His clients, which include real estate owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, benefit from his creativity and dedication to resolving a wide array of disputes efficiently and effectively. In addition, Mr. Kopf has significant experience counseling clients through issues with New York City agencies in administrative proceedings, land use matters, and zoning matters.
Mr. Kopf earned his B.A. from Lehigh University and J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, he was a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association, practicing courtroom and trial skills, the Veterans’ Legal Assistance Project, assisting New York State veterans with a variety of legal issues, and the Criminal Justice Clinic, where he represented indigent clients charged with misdemeanors in Nassau County. Mr. Kopf is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey state courts.
