Anna K. Mitchell

Ms. Mitchell’s practice focuses on commercial and construction transactions and litigation.  Ms. Mitchell represents a broad range of clients, including owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, officers, directors, and shareholders in contract disputes, labor and employment issues, and contract drafting.  She has experience representing clients in banking law, consumer law, commercial real estate, breach of contract, and post-judgment litigation and proceedings.

Before joining Redmond Law, Ms. Mitchell worked as an associate at a general commercial and post-judgment litigation boutique law firm.  This experience allowed her to gain experience litigating in both state and federal courts, as well as representing clients in mediations.

Ms. Mitchell earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University and LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  During law school, she competed in the William C.
